On Friday, October 9, Alejandro Sabbatini, General Manager, was invited to talk virtually with teachers and senior high school students from the Sarmiento de Ramos Mejía Institute to share the operation of an SME from within and to meet the talents of tomorrow.
Originally, the students were going to attend a guided tour of the factory to get to know the world of work from the inside and a series of conversations was to be agreed, but, due to the current context, it was carried out digitally. The long history of the firm and its progressive growth over the years based on constant innovation in technological and human resources was exposed at the meeting. The importance of collective work around established goals and agility in decision making was highlighted, and the students showed particular interest in the exporting character of Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos.
It is very important to communicate with the youngest to promote the importance of strengthening the national industry and carrying out efficient production processes. Today’s students will be the workers and entrepreneurs of the future.
