Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos is training its middle managers in Strategic Planning and members of the productive area in KAIZEN with support from INTI.

As 60 years ago, Sabbatini Equipos Hidráulicos is committed to the continuous training of all its employees in various areas, with the aim of enhancing resources and offering products with higher quality indices. On this occasion, members of the firm are being part of a course on Strategic Planning.

During three meetings, by experts Darío Codner (Secretary of Innovation and Technology Transfer – National University of Quilmes) and Tomás Jellinek (Director of CIDEM – Center for Innovation and Development of Companies and Organizations of UNTREF), this course proposes guidelines to define basic topics that involve the management function today.

As for the KAIZEN method, workers in the productive area are participating in a course carried out by the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) to adapt the activity to the latest trends, improve processes and achieve the optimization of productive costs.
