There are two Hydraulic Cargo Trucks Kits: The Classic Kit and the Smart Kit.
The Classic Hydraulic Kit is one of the most used in our country. Its simplicity in assembly and its use over the years make it one of the most required. This equipment has the command and check valve system placed directly on the hydraulic pump and has a pressure relief system on an external valve mounted on top of the equipment.
The redesign of the Sabbatini Hydraulic Equipment Kit was carried out in conjunction with the main terminals in the country, who raised the problem of reducing unit costs without neglecting aesthetics and quality. All these aspects were perfectly achieved with this new design of the CLASSIC HYDRAULIC KIT.
In Sabbatini hydraulic equipment this KIT can be found with tank and without tank.
On the other hand, the Smart is a new concept in Hydraulic Kits introduced by Sabbatini Hydraulic Equipment. It is more modern and lighter and has the advantages that new equipment requires: it has an innovative design, it comes with a cylindrical tank, it is filtered by return, it has an integrated intelligent command. The installation has been simplified and has a higher descent speed.

For rock boxes you can find two options, the Full Tipper Kit AND the Smart lifting Kit.
The Full Tipper Kit is a hydraulic equipment for a dump truck that has the end valve cut-off system with by-pass retention system incorporated in the 170-liter hydraulic pump, it has a tank with stainless steel caps to place lateral or after cabin and filtering system by means of a mechanical magnet filter in the suction line.
The Smart Lifting Kit comes in two versions, the one for high pressure equipment and the one for low pressure. It is a novel product ideal for chassis mounted turning equipment, as it has an innovative round format made by optimizing components, making it a highly efficient kit. This equipment was specially developed by the main assemblers, in order to cover the needs of the dump equipment.
High Pressure Equipment:
Configuration for more demanding jobs. The equipment is prepared for continuous work of up to 250 kg / cm2 available with high pressure hydraulic pumps with flow rates from 120 to 170 liters, pneumatic distributor valve as a limit switch for the telescopic cylinder, ideal for oil or mining applications.
Low Pressure Equipment:
This configuration of the equipment is prepared to work at pressures of up to 180 kg / cm2, it can be delivered with flow pumps from 120 to 170 liters and includes a pneumatic distribution valve as an end-of-stroke valve for the telescopic cylinder.
