In March, Sabbatini Hydraulic Equipment reaffirmed its commitment to inclusion and teamwork by providing special training at the Luisa Clara Giacuzzo Municipal Sheltered Production Workshop No. 1.

Dara, an assembly specialist, and Luis, from the internal communications department, led the training on the assembly of magnetomechanical filter meshes. During the day, the workshop operators and staff received detailed, hands-on instruction, strengthening their skills and adding new knowledge to their work.

This initiative not only strengthens the collaboration between the company and the workshop, but also opens new opportunities for more people to actively and effectively integrate into the production process. We continue to strive for joint growth and true inclusion!
